About hybrid agreement conditions in Portugal:
All CI&Ters are expected to go to the CI&T Lisbon office, at least:

About the job:
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to act strategically in our teams and global customers.
Your mission:
- Develop and implement the product vision and strategy, focusing on differentiation and monetisation based on customer insights and technological trends.
- Lead workstreams for product management and identify new product opportunities or enhancements by analysing user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics and delivery, to manage the product backlog effectively.
- Create and maintain high-quality product roadmaps, mock-ups, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage product budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) and ensure successful use of prototypes and discovery techniques.
- Develop business cases and ensure ongoing assessment of customer and stakeholder needs to evolve product strategy.
- Maintain accurate product documentation and analyse customer behaviour to improve performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate timely decision-making in product-related matters.
- Mentor product management professionals and share knowledge on emerging trends.
- Support business transformation initiatives by simplifying the product portfolio and enhancing customer journeys to improve satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Experience in analysing market trends and monetisation strategies.
- Ability to lead multiple workstreams and utilise agile methodologies.
- Capacity to identify and analyse user needs and business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, including executives and sales teams.
- Proficient in creating wireframes, specifications, and roadmaps.
- Experience in planning and managing CAPEX and OPEX.
- Knowledge of product discovery methods.
- Ability to create compelling business cases.
- Skills in developing metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Experience in governance committees and decision-making.
- Knowledge of regulations applicable to the product.
- Ability to mentor other product management professionals.
- Capacity to map customer journeys to enhance satisfaction.
- Fluency in English as you will have to work closely with clients in Europe.
